What to do when a program or application you are working on crashes?
Uninstall the application and reinstall the newest version
Technology is always changing and some issues can be related to running an older version of a program. Try uninstalling a program that is giving you trouble and then install the newest version.
Logout and back in to your account
If you’re having trouble with any program or service that you have to log in to use, try logging out and back in again. If it’s something you use through a web browser, you might also quit and reopen the program before you log back in.
