Try a different web browser
If you typically use Firefox, try switching over to Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge and see if the same problem is still happening. Sometimes, an issue may temporarily come up with a particular web browser, version, or plugin, so switching to a different browser may work around the issue until it’s resolved.
Restart your web browser in “safe” mode
Most web browsers have an option to start in a “safe mode” that disabled plugins and other settings that might be related to common issues. Google your web browser + “safe mode” to find instructions.
